PlanScan HD Technologies
Sending your patient scan:
Because of the open architecture of PlanScan Systems, your digital impression can be sent directly to our lab. Save your digital impression files as “.stl” files and email to submit your case digitally.
  1. Press “Export and Send Buccal Bite Case (.stl)” icon.
  2. Fill out patient information and RX details. 
  3. Check “Save and Email your STL Files.”  
  4. Click “Submit Case.”
  5. Enter email, Press “Upload Files & Send Email.”
  6. Forward email to  [email protected]
3M True Definition Scanner
Connecting your scanner for the first time:
 The 3M True Definition system gives you two ways to add Denko Dental Laboratory as one of your “Favorite Labs.”
  1. Call 3M at 1-800-634-2249 and request to add Denko Dental Laboratory to your “Favorite Labs” list.
  2. Select Denko Dental Laboratory, on the 3M lab list found by logging into your account at https://casemanager.3m.com

Sending your patient scan:
Submit scans to the 3M Connection Center and we will receive an email notification in regards to your file.
  1. Select date request and click “OK.”
  2. Select Denko Dental Laboratory ​.
  3. Add your notes: 
    •  Implant system 
    •  Implant diameter 
    •  Restoration 
    •  Preferences
  4. Press “Touch to Select Restoration.”
  5. Choose your restoration, press “OK.”
  6. Select your material and sign with PIN.
3Shape Trios
Connecting your scanner for the first time:
Using 3Shape Communicate, select Denko Dental Laboratory and a request will be sent directly to us. Once accepted, we will be able to receive all of your Trios scans.

Sending your patient scan:
Submit your scans through 3Shape Communicate and Denko Dental Laboratory will receive the file via email.
  1. Select Denko Dental Laboratory while filling out your Rx.
  2. After scanning, press the tooth icon.
  3. Press “Post Process”
  4. Press “Mail” then “Send Order.

Because of the open architecture of Carestream Systems, your digital impression can be sent  directly to our lab.  Save your digital impression files as “.stl” files and email to submit your case digitally.
  1. Export the scan as a ".stl" file.
  2. Create an email and type in patient RX information. 
  3. Attach exported files to the email.
  4. Forward email to  [email protected]
