Zirconia is the strongest material in the industry to make dental restorations with, and its 100% Metal Free.  It will not chip or fracture, but is also kind to opposing dentition, which makes it a great choice for bruxers.  Use Zirconia in place of PFM or full cast metal for posterior crowns and bridges (up to a full arch).  Zirconia restorations are milled from Zirconia discs using CAD/CAM systems, and finished in our lab.
